Globus Czechia
Globus is one of the largest retailers in the Czech Republic, focused primarily on groceries. What really sets them apart is the fact that they have their own butchers and bakers on site - this ensures freshness and quality while supporting local farms.
Their application, Můj Globus, has started to play a key role in their communication with customers, especially young ones. Thanks to its integrated Scan&Go feature, customers are able to leave the shop almost immediately after they finish shopping rather than having to wait in a long line to check out.
Globus Germany
The main goal of the brand new mein GLOBUS mobile application was to let customers enjoy every feature of the Globus loyalty program from their mobile phone.
The app is for more than just scrolling through the hypermarket’s weekly offers; customers can also check for fuel discounts, check shopping lists, use coupons, and even pay with their phones.
